You can easily set the payout moment yourself in our Novotix dashboard. Choose daily, weekly, monthly or after the event. For theme parks, the choice can be made for daily, weekly or monthly. So you are in full control of your generated ticket income.
We partly provide the payment flows ourselves. We receive the third-party funds through our payment service provider partner PAY in Europe (via Stripe in the rest of the world) and automatically split the amounts among the different purposes. As soon as the onboarding with our organization has started, you can directly start selling tickets for your event. Please note, however, that we will only pay out the funds once all necessary information has been provided and your account has been fully approved by our compliance department. This is usually within 4 hours after all documentation has been provided.
